Redirection and link measurement

There is no website at tivenor.com. The domain exists solely to pass through the links in emails sent via the Mailpro platform and to count their opens.

Stop receiving these emails

Unsubscribing is handled by the sender, not on this domain. Use the unsubscribe link at the foot of the message, or the List-Unsubscribe header most mail clients expose. The request is applied immediately and permanently.

What is measured

When a link routed through this domain is opened, four items are recorded on behalf of the sender of the email:

• the message and recipient identifiers encoded in the address
• the timestamp of the request
• the browser and operating system type
• the IP address, used for coarse geolocation and then truncated

This data belongs to the sender of the email, who is the data controller. Maxony Suisse SA acts as processor. Nothing is sold, nothing serves advertising, and no data is correlated across senders.

Data protection

The legal basis is the sender's legitimate interest in measuring the reach of their mailings (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or performance of the contract between you and them (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). In Switzerland, Art. 31 revFADP applies.

Click records are kept for as long as the sender keeps the corresponding campaign in their account, and are deleted with it. Raw technical logs are purged after thirty days.

Storage takes place in Switzerland, in our Geneva data centre. Redirection data is transferred nowhere else.

This domain sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Measurement relies solely on the identifiers carried by the link's address.

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability: address the sender, who alone holds the link between you and their lists. If they do not respond, the contact above takes over and carries out the deletion.
